We are currently looking for a driven and confident Outbound Sales Specialist to lead our outbound prospecting efforts. This is a performance-focused role for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to small and mid-sized U.S. businesses
  • Prospect, qualify leads, and identify decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and handle objections professionally
  • Book qualified appointments for the closing team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies and call performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence
  • Experience using CRM systems and dialers is preferred
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (PST)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
