Castle Automations provides remote staffing and virtual assistant services exclusively to businesses operating within the United States. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a U.S.-based business entity with the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
We work with you to identify the right talent for your needs and begin billing only after your selected professional officially joins your team. We do not charge upfront placement fees, and all onboarding milestones will be clearly communicated before services begin.
Services are billed on a semi-monthly schedule. Invoices are due upon receipt, and continued access to talent may be paused if payment is not received in a timely manner. Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be detailed on your invoice.
Our agreements operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel or modify services at any time with written notice. There are no long-term lock-ins, allowing you to scale your team up or down as your business requirements change.
We take reasonable measures to ensure that any information shared with our team is handled with care. You agree to provide secure access and clear guidelines to protect both your data and the data of your customers.
Castle Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for services in the thirty (30) days preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
