Senior Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to help us connect with U.S. businesses that need reliable remote staffing and virtual assistant support. This role is responsible for both generating sales opportunities and closing clients, not just booking meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Call and reach out to potential U.S. business clients
  • Qualify leads and identify their staffing needs
  • Present our remote staffing services clearly
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Book sales meetings and follow-ups
  • Close qualified leads into paying clients
  • Follow up with prospects until a clear decision is made
  • Track activity, pipeline, and deal status in a CRM
  • Help improve scripts, outreach process, and sales flow

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience required
  • B2B sales experience is required for this position
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, business development, and closing clients
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers
  • Able to qualify leads, handle objections, follow up, and close deals
  • Confident with rejection and persistent without sounding pushy
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable tracking leads, pipeline, and deal status in a CRM
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
  • Available to work during the 8 AM to 5 PM PST window as needed
  • Experience using Pipedrive is a plus

Ideal Candidate

You are not the type to wait around for leads to magically appear. You know how to prospect, call, follow up, handle objections, and close. You can explain value without sounding robotic, and you know how to move a prospect from “send me more info” to a real decision.

Compensation

  • Starting base salary: $1,500 to $2,000 per month
  • Plus commission
  • Final compensation will depend on experience and performance
