Appointment Setter

We are hiring an Appointment Setter to help us connect with U.S. businesses that need reliable remote staffing and virtual assistant support. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to small and mid-sized U.S. businesses
  • Prospect, qualify leads, and identify decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate our remote staffing services
  • Handle basic objections professionally
  • Set qualified appointments for the closing team
  • Confirm prospect interest, business needs, and availability before booking meetings
  • Follow up with prospects when needed to secure confirmed meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Meet daily and weekly call, conversation, and appointment-setting targets
  • Help improve outreach scripts, call flow, and appointment-setting process

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence
  • Able to qualify leads and handle basic objections
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable tracking leads, activities, and appointments in a CRM
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours, PST
  • Experience using CRM systems, dialers, or Pipedrive is a plus

You are confident on the phone and know how to start conversations without sounding robotic. You can handle rejection, keep the conversation moving, and book qualified meetings with the right prospects. You are motivated by targets, consistent with follow-ups, and take ownership of your numbers.
